Thanks to her, we found the perfect fit and ended up purchasing a 14-foot Powerpool RL4 Swim Spa—and we couldn’t be happier! The delivery process was seamless. Adam, their technician who was on-site, was equally professional and personable—just like the rest of the team. His knowledge and friendliness made the final steps of the process feel effortless. We’ve had our swim spa for just over a week now and we absolutely LOVE it. No regrets at all—it’s high-quality, incredibly relaxing, and best of all, we can use it year-round! I personally enjoy powerful jets for my back, while my husband prefers a gentler setting. Thankfully, the adjustable jet pressure means we both get exactly what we want—it’s customizable to everyone’s preference. And going with the 14-foot model was definitely the right choice. It gives us plenty of space to move around and enjoy every feature to the fullest. We’ve returned to the store multiple times to have our water tested, and the service continues to be just as excellent each and every visit! So many things to say about Bubba’s. My journey took a while as I reached out before moving to NB. Cynthia Vienneau guided me every step of the way. With patience. No pushiness but expert help. She even helped us find a concrete person for the pad under the swim spa and an electrician and a guy to build outlet gazebo. On the install day it also went smoothly with crane operator. I cannot say enough great things about Cynthia, or Adam who came out to show us how to use the spa. Everyone very patient, kind and still here helping long after the sale was done. If you’re in NB or NL and shopping for a spa, go to Bubba’s. Seriously. You’ll thank me.

What a great experience all around! They make you feel like family! The sales person, Cynthia was simply fantastic! So friendly and enthusiastic! She made the whole purchasing experience seamless. Our construction project was delayed, and they happily stored our tub until we were ready to have it delivered… This was so helpful and appreciated!! Adam and Martin delivered our tub and made sure it was all set up and helped us with the chemical startup. They were both very friendly, accommodating and very helpful! We have returned to the store with our water samples on a number of occasions and continue to get great service from this wonderful team! We highly recommend!! Oh… And we love our tub and are in it several times a week!!
